As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I work with clients over a broad spectrum - primarily women, both young and old, not bound by geographic location, or other factors that limit other types of providers.

I am committed to helping you achieve a higher level of overall health through a unique approach I have developed focusing on both Primary Foods (spirituality, creativity, career, finances, education, physical activity, health, home cooking, home environment, relationships, social life and joy) and Secondary Foods (anything that goes in the mouth).

I can help you outline your goals, making sure that you are spending time according to your priorities and eliminating roadblocks along the way.  By delving deeply into the areas covered by both Primary/Secondary Foods and exploring the relationships you have with these areas - a greater standard of health is achieved!  You will lose weight, conquer addictions/challenges, sleep better, and see better personal relationships in your life. Being exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and having studied highly effective coaching techniques, I will help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
